+ Carry out detailed design to WSP in India and B Regulations standard ensuring CDM, QA and technical review and sign off by the Local GCC Head of Structures, including complex calculations and co-ordination issues
+ Review and monitor the production of calculations including QA, technical reviews and sign off
+ Ensure that information for project costing preparation is completed in requisite detail and to deadlines, and keep the WSP in India Team informed regarding design progress through explanation of design decisions
+ Provide documentary information via the WSP in India Team to assist in the preparation of tender documents, ensuring that information for tender preparation is completed in requisite detail and to deadlines, and keep the WSP in India Team informed regarding design progress through explanation of design decisions
+ Provide documentary information via the WSP in India Team to assist in the preparation of tender documents, ensuring that information for tender preparation is completed in requisite detail and to deadline.
+ Co-ordinate project contracts documents (drawings and specifications) and reviews input from team members
+ Deal with the day to day queries from the WSP in India Team, ensuring that relevant information is available on time for construction activity
+ Report to the WSP in India Team in association with the Local GCC Head of Structures any variance between the works constructed and the design intent
+ Project manage commissions from the WSP in India Team, using applicable project management tools
+ Lead the design process and encourage the rest of the team to deliver appropriate and cost effective solutions to the agreed programme.
+ Follow in full the document control, archiving CDM and QA processes relevant to project work, ensuring drawings, specifications, reports and correspondence are issued, and filed in an appropriate manner, coach junior staff in their usage
Technical and Project Management
+ Raise the level of technical competence within the teams
+ Implement delivery and quality measurement processes
+ Promote technical excellence in all our projects
+ Undertake technical reviews and contribute to the concept design
+ Provide continuous feedback to the Local Head of GCC on the effectiveness of the protocols and processes in place with a view to continuous improvement
+ Develop positive professional relationship with the WSP in India Team, communicating openly about project progress
+ Participate in team meetings, disseminate information within the team, and communicate with other teams in WSP
+ Identify and act on, or refer, potential risk issues and follow in full the company commercial and contracting processes
+ Manage delegated tasks to ensure that deadlines are met and flag resourcing concerns to team leader
+ Identify and flag additional fees to the Local GCC Head of Structures
+ Complete timesheet accurately ahead of weekly deadlines
+ Assist in elements of financial management
+ Deputise for team leader
+ The applicant will have proven experience in the design of Building Structures with significant experience in a similar role or demonstration of a good track record
+ Good presentation skills are also required
+ Must be fully conversant with technical structural software, such as RAM, CSC, ETABS and SAFE
+ A sound understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Project is essential
+ Must be fluent in English with an excellent understanding of technical terminology
+ Demonstrate good management, communication and technical skills and be capable of working both within the team and independently, as dictated by work load

Responsibilities
Project Cost Control
+ Ensure alignment with client expectations and deadlines by coordinating with billing, finance, and project teams to manage accounts receivable, timesheets, expenses, and invoice-related queries.
+ Prepare billing drafts, compile and verify monthly invoices, and ensure accurate manual data entry and mapping to final invoice sheets.
+ Manage project setup, budgeting, task assignments, and closeout activities in Oracle Horizon, including maintaining WBS structures, processing time transfers, and performing compliance checks.
+ Support financial analysis and reporting by using financial systems to track project performance metrics, generate monthly accruals, and assess the impacts of scope changes and forecast deviations.
+ Collaborate with design teams to collect engineering progress data for Earned Value (EV) analysis and maintain accurate tracking of planned value, actual cost, and schedule performance.
+ Act as a liaison between GCC India and US teams for project setup, billing, and timesheet coding, while supporting the P&B PMO team in portfolio monitoring.
+ Conduct data integrity checks, audits, and maintain project documentation, including lessons-learned databases and meeting records.
+ Apply extensive ERP knowledge for project creation, maintenance, and change management.
+ Create and track change orders, identify and quantify risks, and support mitigation efforts as a trusted partner to the Project Manager.
Project Scheduling
+ Create, update, and maintain resource and cost-loaded project schedules using Microsoft Project (MSP) or Primavera P6, based on stakeholder input, proposals, and scope documents.
+ Develop activity lists, identify critical paths, and notify teams of key activities and schedule risks.
+ Monitor project progress, detect deviations, and support recovery planning and schedule forecasting.
+ Assess and report on the impacts of changes to baseline schedules and milestones, ensuring timely updates and resolution tracking.
+ Support bids and proposals by preparing preliminary schedules and timelines.
+ Use Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial systems to analyze and report on project performance and KPIs.
+ Maintain accurate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and integrate project schedules under an Enterprise Project Structure (EPS).
Key Competencies / Skills:
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel; experience with Oracle ERP (Horizon/NetSuite) and Power BI is an advantage.
+ Skilled in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project (MSP), and Smartsheet.
+ Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and financial systems related to project control.
+ Minimum of 3 years' combined experience in project scheduling, cost control, documentation, and procurement.
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
+ Excellent planning, organizational, and time management abilities; capable of handling multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
+ Skilled in forecasting, reporting, and maintaining accurate project records and WBS structures.
+ Strong coordination and problem-solving skills; able to work both independently and collaboratively.
+ Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
+ Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering with project management experience; a Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management is preferred.
+ 4-7 years of experience in project management with engineering or professional services consultants.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ CAPM-PMI or PMP certification is an added advantage.

Gather, analyse, monitor and report sustainability data from across the business and management services for global and USA reporting
1. Act as the team subject matter expert for Horizon (internal business management system), be able to extract data quickly, and work with Horizon team to share feedback and help improve the platform.
2. Extraction and analysis of data points from Oracle-based Horizon system, existing team owned spreadsheets and filing structures, e.g. energy and waste data from offices, charitable donation and volunteering data, sustainable revenue data.
3. Support GHG emissions calculations in Excel and Sweep (carbon management tool).
4. Organise sustainability data records and comply with the requirements of auditing procedures and reporting, e.g. GHG verification.
5. Report sustainability metrics, creating dashboards using Power BI (or most appropriate software) for sustainability team and business leaders.
6. Act as a superuser for the USA Corporate Sustainability team on technical platforms such as Workiva (used by Global for sustainability data collection), Sweep (used for GHG emissions calculations) and SurveyMonkey/MS Forms (used for landlord surveys).
7. Understand limitations and capabilities within the data to initiate and create reports to inform decision making.
8. Analyse data sets and provide detailed insight.
9. Stay up to date on regulatory requirements and help the team and stakeholders manage the data inputs required. Work closely with global sustainability team to ensure USA is aligned to global requirements and keep the ESG Compliance Tracker up to date.
