**Primary Responsibilities:**

**Required Qualifications:**
+ Education: Bachelor's Degree in technical field OR equivalent work experience
+ 3+ years of relevant professional work experience
+ Working experience on Agile environment with focus on faster Deployment frequency, feature cycle time, test automation etc.
+ Experience conducting design and code reviews
+ .NET FSD (Full Stack Developer) with HL7 and CQL (preferable). Should be familiar with C#, ASP.NET MVC alongside framework like Angular or React with a strong understanding of databases like SQL Server and Cloud
+ Clear understanding of DevOps or CI/CD process, tools and its importance
+ Proven to be solution oriented and effective communicator
+ Proven ability to expand existing knowledge to learn new technology and process

WBD Integration team is seeking a Sr. Integration Administrator who will be responsible for providing technical expertise for supporting and enhancing the Integration suite (Informatica Power Center, IICS). We are specifically looking for a candidate with solid technical skills and experience in integrating ERP applications, SAAS, PAAS platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Workday, etc., and data warehouses such as Teradata, Snowflake, and RedShift. Experience with the Informatica cloud platform would be ideal for this position. Your New Role **:**
The **Senior Configuration Management Analyst** will play a pivotal role within the Configuration and Asset Management team, focusing on the operational excellence of the ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) module. Based in **Hyderabad** , this role reports directly to the **Senior Director of Asset Config and Configuration Management** and will be part of a global team of ITOM analysts.
This position is critical to ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of configuration data across both on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise in ServiceNow ITOM, particularly in Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB health. This role requires a hands-on analyst who can troubleshoot complex discovery issues, analyze and optimize discovery patterns, and ensure seamless integration of configuration data into broader ITSM and ITOM processes.
Your Role Accountabilities:
**Configuration Management Operations**
+ Operate and maintain the ServiceNow ITOM Discovery and Service Mapping modules, ensuring accurate and timely population of the CMDB.
+ Troubleshoot failed scans and resolve discovery-related issues across hybrid environments (on-prem and cloud).
+ Analyze and optimize discovery patterns and probes to improve data quality and discovery performance.
+ Monitor CMDB health metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity and compliance with configuration management policies.
**Technical Expertise & Tool Optimization**
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow ITOM, with a focus on Discovery, MID Server architecture, and cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP).
+ Collaborate with platform engineers and infrastructure teams to ensure proper deployment and configuration of MID Servers and discovery schedules.
+ Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to discovery logic, classification rules, and identification/reconciliation processes.
**Stakeholder Collaboration & Support**
+ Partner with ITSM, Cloud, Network, and Application teams to ensure alignment of configuration data with operational and business needs.
+ Provide technical guidance and support to internal stakeholders on CMDB usage, data modeling, and integration best practices.
+ Participate in audits and compliance reviews, providing evidence and documentation related to configuration management processes.
**Discovery & Automation Enablement**
+ Drive the implementation and optimization of **ServiceNow Discovery** and automation frameworks.
+ Collaborate with infrastructure and platform teams to ensure accurate and timely population of the CMDB.
+ Leverage scripting, MID Server configurations, and integration tools to enhance discovery coverage and reliability.
**Documentation & Continuous Improvement**
+ Maintain comprehensive documentation of discovery configurations, troubleshooting procedures, and CMDB data models.
+ Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the configuration management lifecycle.
+ Stay current with ServiceNow platform updates and industry best practices to enhance the effectiveness of ITOM operations.
Qualifications & Experiences:
+ 5 + years of experience in IT Operations or Configuration Management, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM.
+ Proven expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB data modeling.
+ Strong troubleshooting skills in hybrid environments, including on-premises infrastructure and public cloud platforms.
+ Experience with MID Server deployment, credential management, and discovery scheduling.
+ Familiarity with ITIL practices and CMDB governance frameworks.
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems, or a related field.
Not Required but preferred experience:
+ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Discovery or CMDB.
+ ITIL v4 Foundation or higher-level certification.
+ Experience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell) for automation and customization within ServiceNow.
+ Exposure to Agile methodologies and working in a global enterprise environment.
