  • Strong command of Indian labor and employment laws; experience handling audits and statutory filings.

  • Track record implementing HR tech (HRIS, ATS, engagement/learning tools) and building metrics-driven HR.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management, executive presence, and change leadership.

  • Ability to commute to our Andheri East office Monday–Friday (WFO).
