Milacron is seeking a Human Resources Director to lead and support the HR function from our India site at Ahmedabad. This role is both strategic and hands-on, serving as a key partner to business leaders while overseeing India HR operations. What youll do here:

• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems. i.e. ADP, Workday, Dayforce
• Exposure to Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) practices is a plus.
