**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Requirements Elicitation and Analysis**:Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements related to loan origination processes, translating them into functional specifications for the Hotfoot system.**:
- **System Configuration and Customization**:Configure and customize the Hotfoot LOS to meet specific business needs, including workflows, rules, data mapping, and integrations with other systems.**:
- **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**:Develop and execute UAT test plans, ensuring that the implemented solutions meet business requirements and are user-friendly. Support users during the UAT process.**:
- **Training and Documentation**:Develop and deliver training materials and user documentation for the Hotfoot LOS.**:
- **Stakeholder Management**:Effectively communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.**:
- **Process Improvement**:Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to optimize the use of the Hotfoot LOS.**:
- **Problem Solving**:Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Hotfoot system, working closely with technical teams and vendors as needed.**:
- **Vendor Management**:Liaise with the Hotfoot vendor for support, upgrades, and enhancements.**:
- **Mentoring**:Mentor junior team members and share your expertise in LOS and Hotfoot.**:
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- **10+ years of experience in Business Analysis and/or as an SME in the financial services industry, with a strong focus on Loan Origination Systems.**:
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.**:
- **Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.**:
- **Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.**:
- **Experience in developing and delivering training materials and user documentation.**:
- **Familiarity with other related financial systems and integrations.**:
- **Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.**:
**Preferred Skills**:
- **Experience with other LOS platforms.**:
- **Knowledge of SQL and database management.**:
- **Certification in Business Analysis or related field.**:
