You will own outcomes
- Build and own the marketing-sourced pipeline to support our ARR plan.
- Deliver steady weekly qualified demos ; maintain 3–4× pipeline coverage.
- Drive CAC payback to target and make attribution trustworthy.
What you’ll do
- Strategy: Define ICPs, positioning, and the annual demand plan.
- Demand Gen: Plan/buy/optimize Paid Social/Search; stand up partnerships, webinars, and trade-show follow-ups; scale email + outbound assist.
- Product Marketing: Messaging, launches, sales enablement (decks, one-pagers, battlecards).
- Content & Community: Build a repeatable content engine (case studies, calculators, “Site Walks”-style video), and nurture a landscaper ops community.
- Ops & Analytics: Own HubSpot/Salesforce marketing ops, lead scoring, lifecycle rules, and revenue dashboards.
- Team: Build a lean in-house team and manage specialized freelancers/agencies.
- Website: Convert—own landing pages, A/B tests, and site performance.
Must-haves
- 8–12+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with direct pipeline ownership at sub-$20M ARR.
- Proven SMB demand gen in the U.S.; has turned around or scaled at least one core channel.
- Strong product marketing chops: crisp messaging, sales enablement, objection handling.
- Fluent with HubSpot , paid channels, SEO/content, and attribution.
