Qualifications & Experience
8+ years of experience in Program Management, driving complex programs with cross-functional teams in SaaS, cloud, or similar technical domains.
4+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing teams (preferred).
Strong understanding of platform architectures and interoperability, with exposure to cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) a plus.
Background in Fintech, Billing, or Subscription-based services is highly desirable.
Demonstrated expertise in Agile, Kanban, and Scrum methodologies, with hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams.
Proven ability to lead programs involving deep systems and engineering-level knowledge, balancing competing priorities and resolving technical challenges effectively.
Experience providing steady leadership in rapidly changing, high-growth environments with evolving business requirements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of aligning diverse teams toward common objectives.
Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management platforms to facilitate collaboration and reporting.
