Job Purpose
To drive sales growth and strengthen the company's market presence in the Granite, Marble, and Quartz industry. The role focuses on expanding client networks, managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring revenue growth in domestic and export markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business by connecting with architects, builders, contractors, interior designers, and dealers.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Identify and develop new markets, track competitors, and create business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to maximize profitability.
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams for timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Mentor and guide sales executives in achieving sales goals.
