We are looking for four dynamic, target-driven Sales Managers to own end-to-end sales performance for assigned travel regions/destinations. Job Description

You will be responsible for achieving agreed sales and profitability targets within your assigned territory by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective sales execution and account management.
Sales & Market Mapping
+ You will achieve business objectives within your designated sales territory while adhering to established sales processes and guidelines.
+ You will consistently achieve monthly Volume and POS (Point of Sale) targets.
+ You will drive growth in key product segments, including achieving sales targets for 16" & above products in GY and 14" & above products in Kelly.
+ You will identify, appoint, and develop new Dealers and BROs to expand market coverage and increase market share.
+ You will plan, execute, and report on all sales activities within your assigned territory.
+ You will regularly monitor sales performance against agreed targets and take corrective actions wherever necessary to ensure successful achievement of objectives.
+ You will adhere to the approved Beat Plan and Permanent Journey Plan (PJP) to maximize market coverage and productivity.
+ You will provide timely feedback on competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market developments.
+ You will drive achievement against Annual Operating Plan (AOP) objectives, including volume growth, product mix, channel activation, and channel expansion.
+ You will improve Share of Accounts (SOA) and Share of Market (SOM) within your assigned territory.
Relationship Management
+ You will build and maintain strong relationships with key Dealers, BROs, and MBRs.
+ You will support and coordinate with Dealers to ensure seamless business operations and customer service.
+ You will assist in order collection and payment follow-ups whenever required.
+ You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement approved service solutions and support business objectives.
Reporting
+ You will prepare and submit accurate and timely sales and market reports.
+ You will provide periodic progress updates on territory performance and key business metrics.
+ You will proactively recommend improvements and action plans to enhance market penetration, sales effectiveness, and overall business performance.
+ You will share market insights and business recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
What You'll Bring
+ 5+ years of experience in Territory Sales, Channel Sales, Dealer Management, Market Development, or a related field sales role.
+ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
+ Strong relationship management and channel development skills.
+ Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
+ Strong understanding of market mapping, competitor analysis, and sales planning.
+ Ability to work independently and effectively manage an assigned sales territory.
