As a Sales Analyst in GTM Sales Ops, you will be the strategic driver behind sales efficiency, productivity, and performance. lead cross-functional initiatives, optimize sales processes, and implement scalable programs that empower the sales organization to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences Support internal sales teams selling company-owned (1P/3P) & Hybrid products by managing operational processes, data, and tools to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
**Job Requirements**
· Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 6+ years of experience in Sales operations, program management, or a related domain.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
· Good understanding on Cloud Business model, reoccurring business and usage trends.
· Proficiency in CRM systems, Salesforce is must.
· Experience with Salesforce.com Administration & configuration; Salesforce certification (ADM201 or ADM301) is a plus.
· Excellent analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
· Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
**Key Responsibilities**
· Lead and manage programs that support 1P/3P Products, SaaS Applications and marketplace Cloud providers.
· Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Marketing, IT, Planning and Analytics team to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
· Develop and maintain project plans, timelines.
· Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program success.
· Process Improvement: Design and implement improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency.
· Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistent support across North America, EMEA, and APAC regions, willing to work in rotational shifts (24*5) support
· Territory Management: Assist in defining territories/Named Exceptions and Manage Hyperscaler(Azure, AWS & GCP) subscriptions.
· CRM & Tools Management: Support the implementation and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
· Support quarterly business reviews (QBRs), planning cycles, and other strategic initiatives with data and insights.
· Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast performance, and inform strategic decisions.
