Our Products
We design, manufacture & sell products that are highly scientific in nature. Our products, Morpholens & Hemolens, offer fully digital diagnostics workflows for cancer biopsies & blood-related disorders across all geographies. Our products are unique inventions across physics, robotics, computer vision & software workflows specifically designed for Doctors / Labs, & Hospitals across the globe. In a nutshell, we are building a robotics-enabled digital diagnostics platform for Pathologists, Medical Institutions, & Cancer Research Centers.
The Role
We are searching for a highly motivated individual prepared to learn the art of recruitment and value perfection. This position will be primarily concerned with filling key positions that will be accountable for the company's upcoming growth phase. You will be responsible for hiring engineers specializing in deep tech areas, including robotics, manufacturing, AI, firmware, and software development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the recruitment strategy.
- Incharge of the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, Naukri, and internal databases.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and conduct screening interviews.
- Maintain ATS, communicate feedback, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Share feedback with candidates and provide proper information.
- Recruit for roles across our organization, owning the entire candidate experience and interview process from sourcing to screening to scheduling interviews to closing the candidate.
- Work with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to improve the hiring manager, interviewer, and candidate experience, which includes process improvement and enablement. Provide insights based on candidate feedback and market intelligence.
- Ensure the accuracy of data and postings in our ATS as well as across a variety of job boards, including Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Source talent for hard-to-fill or complex roles across a variety of tools and platforms. Recruit from campus for Intern & entry-level Engineers.
Ideal Candidates
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in the Communication discipline or Human Resources.
- Work experience in talent acquisition in a startup is a plus.
- Strong presenting and communication abilities.
