Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Zoho Implementation & Customization

• Lead the full implementation and configuration of Zoho One, Zoho CRM, and Zoho Campaigns (Enterprise Versions).

• Set up user roles, permissions, dashboards, automation workflows, and blueprints for operational efficiency.

Workflow Automation & System Optimization

• Develop automated workflows and process blueprints within Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns.
  
• Ensure seamless integration between Zoho applications and third-party tools.
  
• Optimize email automation, marketing funnels, and lead management workflows in Zoho Campaigns.
  
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend additional Zoho products to enhance business operations.
  

Training & Support
