This role is ideal for someone who understands both the technical and functional aspects of Zoho and can turn business requirements into scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities will include
- Configure, customise and manage the full suite of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho People, Creator, Books, Desk, Subscriptions, Marketing Automation, Campaigns and Flow as well as any others
- Design and implement automated workflows, business rules and approval processes across various modules
- Build and maintain custom applications in Zoho Creator using Deluge scripting
- Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho apps and third-party platforms using APIs, webhooks and tools like Zapier
- Create custom dashboards, reports and analytics to support data-driven decisions across Teams
- Ensure system data integrity, consistency and security across all Zoho platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support and resolutions
- Deliver user training, onboarding and documentation to ensure successful adoption of Zoho tools
- Stay current with Zoho’s new features and updates, recommending enhancements where applicable
