About the Role:

This role involves managing client relationships, leading sales strategies, and mentoring a team of sales executives to achieve targets. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong negotiation skills, deep industry knowledge, and a proven track record in media and advertising sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify, target, and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones.
- Sell integrated advertising solutions (digital, print, events, partnerships, branded content, etc.).
- Understand client needs and propose customized solutions to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and industry research.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the advertising ecosystem.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for senior leadership.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the end-to-end sales cycle.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in advertising/media sales.
- Strong network of client and agency relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to analyze data and trends to inform decision-making.
- Experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms, programmatic, and emerging ad-tech solutions is a plus.
