Supports the implementation of marketing, customer & channel related programmes for the business- FWS, HD, fleets. Adapts global brand offers, leveraging consumer & customer insights to drive innovation, defining country plans by brand and managing brand guidelines and policy.
What you will deliver
- Accountable for the delivery volume, gross margin and market share targets for B2B channel.
- Responsible for development of channel marketing plans in line with marketing strategy
- Developing and executing channel offers and promotions
- Review effectiveness of programs and implement actions to maximise ROI.
- Manage channel’ performance and yearly marketing spends (ASP and CAPEX).
- Will also be responsible for leading projects and new offer development for the channel linked to business priority and ensure effective and timely delivery of the same.

Education
- MBA or equivalent post graduate degree in Marketing is desirable.
Experience
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B Sales or Marketing
- Experience of working with agencies
- Experience of working in a matrix organization with complex customer interfaces will be an advantage

**Execution Monitoring & Field Coordination**
+ Act as the company-side liaison for day-to-day coordination with 3P Execution Partner, field teams-Project Manager, SLMs, FLMs, and TREs.
+ Monitor the execution status of all brand programs, ensuring timely rollout, campaign compliance, and POSM deployment.
+ Own a daily/weekly execution health tracker to track status across zones, brands, and activities.

**Program Delivery & Reporting**
