Experience of best practices development methodologies, especially Agile
Good analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills

**About the role**:
Will you play a role in implementing, and supporting, a long term, global, monitoring strategy which may employ new, and currently owned monitoring products and/or support structure?

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide support of Monitoring tools including Datadog, HP Operations Manager (OpenView), Business Service Manager, SolarWinds, Business Process Monitor.
- Align IT Monitoring Tools with the infrastructure operational processes globally to meet divisional and corporate IT mandates and standards, business needs, applicable regulatory requirements, agreed upon service levels, as well as initiatives and projects.
- Implement metrics to demonstrate compliance with agreed service levels and team / individual contributions.
- Tackling new opportunities and challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy and passion.
- Lead the implementation of infrastructure projects and initiatives.
**Qualifications**
- Experience with Infrastructure Monitoring tools (SolarWinds, Micro-focus, Datadog - Preferred)
- Experience participating with a global, enterprise monitoring implementation
- Able to translate technical requirements into clear and concise descriptions that are understandable for a broad audience
