Now the founders are looking to hand over this baton of content strategy and create a team of people.
You will be responsible for creating content across all social media platforms (Facebook Instagram, Threads, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn ) with aim of building community and increasing engagement. At the same time enhance the brand, you will be required to have a deep understanding of our target audience or brand product offerings and the USPs.
The main focus of the content strategist is content planning, which includes content creation, curation, planning, and research. You will need to know trending topics themes keywords, constantly scan market and peers to understand how do we differentiate the brand and build a stronger connect and induce deeper longer engagement with our social media audience
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Strategizing content pillars and sub pillars
- Developing clear and engagement content that is consistent with the company's brand image and addresses both business goals and consumer needs.

- Collect information about the different types of customer personas the business is targeting
