The Customer Service Representative role exists to provide first and second line of customer support to telephone and written enquiries from external and internal Customers and other Consumers in accordance with agreed service levels.
The position will ensure all facing queries are answered with the required speed, accuracy and with the maximum level of customer happiness.
Customer Facing CSRs are required to have a broad understanding of all Customer Service processes to enable a high percentage of first contact resolution and will continually manage customer expectations through various contact channels. CSRs are the first point of contact for BP telephone-based enquiries.

Respond to premium customer orders, complaints, & queries in line with SLA’s, policy & procedures

Support current & future digital opportunities around live chat, chat bot, conversational AI, other digital automations, social media in line with Company strategy.
Find opportunities to improve Salesforce in addition to providing customer insights into business partners.
Build & maintain effective working relationships with all team members across FBT locally and our hubs, bp & Castrol.
Demonstrate winning customer service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution and ability to diffuse advancing emotions.
Share customer insights from different ERPs with stakeholders and recommend solutions.
Seek opportunities to own, recommend & drive process improvement.
Own digital & process transformation & help drive implementation.
Ensure all procedures are relevant, have adequate controls in support of standard process & standardization & customer centricity.
Actively promote & encourage online services & products as part of the self-serve strategy.
Respond & adapt to organizational & operational changes by minimizing the impact on quality or customer experience.
Manage end-to-end order processing and fulfillment for Castrol, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Provide post-delivery support, addressing customer concerns and inquiries.
Investigate and resolve claims related to damaged products, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.
Track orders and provide proactive updates to customers.
Deliver outstanding customer service through calls and emails, ensuring a flawless experience.
Handle the entire customer journey, from order placement to after-sales service, ensuring satisfaction at every stage.
Essential Education & Experience:
Graduate degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience in a corporate customer experience environment
Demonstrated ability to interpret customer requirements, diagnose issues & identify solutions
Strong confident writing and communication skills plus practice active listening
Ability to work & learn collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail, excellent organisation & time management skills
JDE & Salesforce CRM experience
Experience in stakeholder management & influencing outcomes

Castrol India is currently uses Turfview (be spoke) Distributor Management system management to capture all the secondary sales transaction. + Understands Salesforce Service Cloud trends and its practical application of existing, new, and emerging functionalities to enable and improve business operating models. Leads Salesforce implementation from business stand points, under the supervision of the BSO and in close collaboration with GPLs, prepares vision implementation.
+ Coordinates & supports business requirements completion contributes to the prioritization according to business value. Prepares Hub & Country resources on-boarding to participate to the business workshops. Leads in partnership with the integrator gaps identification & prioritization, assists on the Backlog Management, user stories detailed review & validation. Supports the development team by clarifying the requirements, answering questions, provides additional context / information when needed liaising with the global process leads.
+ Supports on Testing & Hypercare, Drives UAT preparation (test cases preparation, Key Users training, UAT session planification) & execution (organize K-users activities, identify & create defects with Key Users). Communicates the weekly UAT test report to the external stakeholders. Set-up the telephony forwarding alignment for testing. Supports on incidents qualifications (Level 0) during hypercare.
+ Contributes to change & Communication, Engages with the stakeholders (Hub & Countries ambassadors, end users, to understand their needs & gather feedbacks. **About you:**
+ **Experience:** 4 years´ experience in Salesforce service cloud (essential) preferably in Pharma. Contribution to a global project deployment or used to work in global delivery team.
+ **Soft skills:** Strong understanding of order to cash overall processes. Good business acumen (advantageous). Strong problem solving, deductive and analytical skills (advantageous)?

Position Overview
Operations Center team serves as the first point of contact for Boeing customers needing urgent technical support on maintaining/ operating Boeing commercial airplanes. The team works in a highly dynamic environment to: expeditiously resolve customer Service Requests (SRs); provide FAA compliance documentation; and report, analyze, and resolve technical/ safety events and issues.
Boeing India Engineering is currently looking for a Experienced Product Review Engineer (Service Engineering) to support Operations Center capability at Bangalore, India. This position will focus on providing 24/7 support to Boeing commercial airplane customers. This position offers a unique opportunity to work complex technical challenges in support of safe operation and return to service.
Position Responsibilities:
+ Prepare structural repair dispositions and engineering data required to show compliance with Boeing, customer and regulatory requirements, to maintain continued airworthiness.
+ Apply broad knowledge of Boeing design and/or engineering principles.
+ Assess and resolve product/process issues through the product lifecycle.
+ Lead research of technical, operational and quality issues that cannot be resolved by customer and design interim and final engineering solutions.
+ Lead others to analyze, conduct root cause analysis and develop dispositions for design non-conformances.
+ Develop and implement product/process improvements.
+ Analyze reported problems for potential safety issues; recommend and manage complex resolution.
