What You’ll Do

  • Handle inbound and outbound leads for gym memberships, trial bookings, and consultations
  • Make high-volume calls and WhatsApp follow-ups to convert walk-ins, website inquiries, and ad leads into paying customers
  • Understand customer fitness goals and recommend the right membership plans or promotions
  • Track and update all lead data and call outcomes in internal CRM tools (Google Sheets, etc.)
  • Coordinate with gym managers and front desk teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new members
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and conversion ratios


Who We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-calling, B2C sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills in Hindi + English
  • Confident, energetic, and target-driven personality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
  • Passion for fitness or wellness is a bonus!
