We are primarily responsible for design, development and governance of the business data, delivery performance, resource management and project management of pivotal initiatives to realize corporate strategy and goals. The teams measure, manage, and connect business KPIs across verticals to build a single view of impact areas within the organization. The Strategic Programs Office is part of the global Business Management team. This team serves as an incubator for new initiatives across the company as well as to build high performing teams. The range of work includes, but not limited to:

1. Support Leadership teams in identifying opportunities & conceptualizing program objectives.
2. Define program scope and structure program execution plan.
3. Define baseline metrics/goals to quantify program outcomes.
4. Gather and document requirements for the program.
5. Own program(s) assigned and drive them to closure within defined timelines and budget.
6. Work closely with program team members and provide operational support to program team members to drive program outcomes.
7. Work with various business stakeholders to drive program support & coordination.
