Qualifications & Role Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 8+ years’ experience in handling portfolio of projects
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with product delivery, the sales team, client and account managers.
- Project planning and execution for one or more than one project
- Ensure projects achieve promised business value/RoI
- Build Rapport with clients and manage client relationships effectively
- Manage escalations, variations, complexities in projects effectively.
- Use the established frameworks in project execution, client handling,resource utilization, resource mentoring etc.
Mandatory Skills:
- Leading and mentoring people as part of the project life cycle.
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Strong communication and presentation skill
- Strong exposure to Project management tools
- Experience in SDLC delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban
- Knowledge of Agile project delivery experience, experience working in Scaled Agile frameworks,
- Portfolio, Product management using Agile tools and methodologies
- Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies as per the project and program needs
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, MS Server

Nice-to-Have Skills:
