Position Summary

The Recruitment Manager leads and scales the company's talent acquisition efforts across India. The Recruitment Manager is responsible for driving strategic hiring initiatives, managing a recruitment team, and ensuring we attract and retain top talent for various RCM roles such as medical billing, coding, AR calling, and denial management. The Recruitment Manager role is a working recruiting roles, and as such is responsible for recruiting, screening and vetting qualified candidates for open positions as well.

Position Responsibilities

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective, long-term recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc.
  • Recruit, interview, hire and train new staff, as necessary.
  • Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
  • Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy Eric: This will be under Sunaisa and Head HR.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends to continually optimize the talent acquisition process.
  • Manage Recruitment Costs by ensuring that they remain within budgets by employing cost effective methods.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct activities of recruiting staff in carrying out such functions as developing sources of qualified applicants, screening applicants, scheduling and conducting interviews, administering tests, evaluating applicant qualifications and any other recruiting related activities.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to support business growth in RCM operations.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters; assign targets and ensure hiring deadlines are met.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for high-volume roles like AR Callers, Medical Coders, and Billing Executives.
  • Optimize sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, background checks, and documentation requirements.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, track metrics, and report on hiring effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and staffing partners as needed.
  • Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility in the healthcare BPO space.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8–10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in Bulk Hiring.
  • Prior experience leading a team of recruiters.
  • Prior experience recruiting for US healthcare/RCM profiles is preferred.
  • Prior experience in a high growth environment or startup preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Proficient with ATS platforms (preferably UKG), Excel, and hiring dashboards.
  • High sense of integrity and honesty, and proven ability to maintain confidentiality are a must.

SLA Management

● Assess/survey quality of work delivered by team based on established performance measures and specific client feedback

● Provide the Talent Manager with a summary regarding the quality of work provided by all resources to ensure there is an accurate perception of work completed

● Collaborate with Talent Manager to create action plans for individuals needing improvement to reach client satisfaction targets

● Follow established metrics, goals and expected performance levels for all team members within assigned account portfolio and identify areas of improvement, provide feedback and coaching when appropriate

● Recommend training where necessary to develop skills and techniques

● Coordinate the training to be delivered to new team members on account specific tasks and systems

Additional Duties

● Set specific account guidelines and policies as required

● Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines and policies

● Ensure team members conform to client and RSR processes and quality procedures as defined

● Manage &/or participate in periodic ad-hoc projects as required by Director, Client Delivery

Position Requirements:

Basic qualifications include:

● 12+ years of IT recruitment experience required; in lieu of Bachelors degree, high school diploma or equivalent required

● 4+ years of experience as a people manager.

● 1+ years of experience demonstrating strong organizational and presentation skills

● 1+ years of experience describing and documenting project or client requirement

● 1+ years of experience demonstrating effective time management skills for handling multiple tasks and competing priorities

● 1+ years of demonstrated experience with performance review process

● Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
