We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and help us find and hire the best candidates for our organization. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for an ideal candidate who will have a strong understanding of recruiting processes, excellent communication skills, and a track record of successfully identifying and hiring exceptional talent. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent across various roles and departments. 
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire top talent for various positions within the organization. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview criteria, and selection standards.

  • Screen resumes and conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  • Manage the interview process and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members. 
  • Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates. 
  • Extend job offers and negotiate salary and benefits packages with selected candidates. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports. 
  • Keep up-to-date with recruiting trends and best practices. 
  • Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • At least 2 or more years of experience in HR recruiting. 
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
