Role Overview


We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our People Operations team in HR administration, attendance management, and employee engagement . This role will give you hands-on exposure to day-to-day HR processes in a high-growth tech environment.


Note: Candidates with similar internship experience will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track employee attendance .
  • Assist in maintaining employee records in HR systems.
  • Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
  • Help with employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and assist with compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with payroll for attendance-related inputs.
  • Support general HR operations and administrative tasks .
  • Assist with recruitment activities when required (e.g., scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates).

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, spreadsheet).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to build and execute innovative recruitment strategies across the organization. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates and managing the interview process to extending offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic sourcing, employer branding, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's current and future staffing needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs, define job requirements, and create effective recruitment plans.
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
  • Manage the offer process, including background checks and reference checks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment progress and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about labor market trends, compensation best practices, and employment law regulations.
  • Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to broader HR initiatives, including onboarding and employee retention strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a specialization in Talent Acquisition.
  • Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles and levels within an organization.
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, including active and passive candidate engagement.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote work environment.
