- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet the organization's current and future staffing needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs, define job requirements, and create effective recruitment plans.
- Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and candidates.
- Manage the offer process, including background checks and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment progress and effectiveness.
- Stay informed about labor market trends, compensation best practices, and employment law regulations.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Contribute to broader HR initiatives, including onboarding and employee retention strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a specialization in Talent Acquisition.
- Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment for various roles and levels within an organization.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies, including active and passive candidate engagement.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and independently in a fully remote work environment.
