The position
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 -6 years of experience in Workday HCM , with strong expertise in report writing, time tracking, business process (BP) configuration and Integrations . This role requires a deep understanding of HR operations , excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in English.
Key Responsibilities
Workday Configuration & Administration :
Implement and maintain Workday HCM modules, with a focus on Time Tracking
Perform Business Process (BP) configurations to meet business requirements.
Ensure system optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements
Report Writing & Data Analysis:
Design and develop custom and ad-hoc reports in Workday, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
Analyze HR data and provide insights to support decision-making.
Workday Implementation & Enhancements :
Lead or support Workday enhancements and new feature releases , ensuring seamless deployment and adoption
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve system functionality.
Stakeholder Management & Support:
Act as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, providing guidance and support to HR teams.
Partner with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and IT to gather requirements and implement system changes.
HR Operations & Compliance:
Work closely with HR teams to ensure alignment between Workday configurations and HR policies/processes .
Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 4-6 years of experience working with Workday HCM .
Expertise in Report Writing, Time Tracking, and BP Configurations .
Experience in Workday enhancements/releases and system optimizations.
Strong understanding of HR operations and workflows.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Preferred Qualifications
Workday certifications in relevant modules.
Experience working in a global or enterprise environment .
Knowledge of other Workday modules (e.g., Integrations, Compensation, Absence Management) is a plus.
