**Requirements**
+ Minimum of 1-2 years in configuring and supporting Workday HCM modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, and Benefits.

- Design, build and document standardized reporting & dashboarding solutions & offer, with proactive approach fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team, listening our partners and their needs
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation and contribute to team initiatives for efficiency gains, simplify & enhancement the user experience.
- Drive the capability building of our partners around reporting & data.
- Connect & partners with other companies and workday & analytic user group to win and develop new solutions.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the Workday platform, performing administrative functions including business process administration, security, and Integration support.
- Leading the functional reporting as a thought leader and trusted expert to deliver strategic outcomes and business value, providing analytical reporting and insight support.
- Design, develop & Deploy reporting prototype partnering with functional reporting SMEs and key stakeholders.
Qualifications we seek in you!
- Minimum experience 7+ Years
- Strong experience using daily an HCM/ Workday and/ or equivalent
- Experience in Prism Reporting is mandatory
- Workday Dashboard and Workday Discovery Board are mandatory
- Advance knowledge in Excel, Power BI and other standard reporting and visualization tools
- Successful experience in producing and using HR metrics/reporting and workforce planning
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of information from different sources with attention to detail and accuracy
