**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Provide guidance and oversight for all technology team resources supporting the business operations for UHC Nevada (Sierra), both direct and indirect, based in India.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ 12+ years of software engineering experience
+ 5+ years leading teams with over 10 resources
+ 5+ years of .Net, SQL Server experience
+ 5+ years web development background
+ Position requires 2:30PM - Midnight IST work time
+ Experience working in the healthcare sector, specifically insurance.
+ Proven deep technical expertise to review designs and architectures
+ Experience in leading both US and India based resources
+ Willing to work with clients located in the Pacific Time zone in the US, on an as needed basis
