To lead this next phase, we are looking for a dynamic Division Head to manage our Puzzles & Games Factory, Warehouse, and Quality Control division
- Lead end-to-end operations for production, warehouse, and quality control .
- Develop and implement production plans to ensure on-time, error-free, and cost-efficient output .
- Oversee warehouse operations: inventory management, dispatch planning, and process automation .
- Strengthen quality control systems to meet national & international compliance standards (ISO, BIS, toy safety norms).
- Manage and motivate a diverse workforce of shop-floor workers, junior supervisors, and office staff .
- Drive process improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost optimisation initiatives.
- Build data-driven dashboards for weekly and monthly performance reviews.
- Prepare for a transition to a new plant/unit within 12 months, including layout, equipment migration, and manpower redeployment.
- Act as the single point of accountability for production efficiency, QC performance, and warehouse discipline.
- 10–15 years of experience in plant/operations management , preferably in toys, puzzles, games, FMCG, or consumer goods.
- Strong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, warehouse management, and quality systems .
- Demonstrated ability to manage large teams with both workers and office employees.
- Tech-savvy – ERP/production planning systems, barcoding/warehouse automation, QC reporting tools.
- Proven track record in leading plant transitions/relocations or scale-ups .
