**Responsibilities**:

- Assist customers with requests/queries online and on the phone
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
- Greet customers in a friendly and polite manner
- Keep an eye on inventory levels and restocking as needed
- Educate customers about current promotions and advertisements
- Ring up customers to assist, take payments, and issue receipts
- Contribute to team's daily sales goals
- Coordinate with the team for deliveries and customer service

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree from a recognised university is required
- 1-2 years of sales experience or customer service experience
- Willing to work on late hours
- Excellent verbal and written English is mandatory
