We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Relationship Executive to join our team at WOWCARZ. This role involves managing franchisee operations, handling associates, overseeing GPS and vehicle inventory, and developing new franchisee leads. If you are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

Franchisee Management:
Manage and monitor franchisee daily operations.

Conduct site inspections and verify vehicles.

Ensure franchisees adhere to WOWCARZ processes.

Handle franchisee escalations and generate monthly reports.

Associate Handling:
Manage associate bookings and follow-ups.

Handle onboarding and offboarding of vehicles.

Address daily escalations and maintain vehicle records.

GPS Monitoring:
Monitor franchisee vehicles daily and generate reports.

New Vehicle Purchase:
Maintain vehicle and dealer documentation.

Coordinate with the sales and fleet teams for onboarding.

Financial Management:
Track EMI payments and maintain financer documentation.

Franchisee Leads:
Identify and convert new franchisee leads in different cities.

Explain investment opportunities to potential investors.

Administrative Duties:
Generate renewal reminders for agreements and documents.

Maintain attendance and leave records as per company policy.

Monitor Google reviews and gather franchisee feedback.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Performance Expectations:
Maintain a minimum of 85% monthly attendance.

Adhere to approval processes for meetings and decisions.

Deliver consistent performance aligned with company KPIs.
