Administrative Duties:
Generate renewal reminders for agreements and documents.
Maintain attendance and leave records as per company policy.
Monitor Google reviews and gather franchisee feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Performance Expectations:
Maintain a minimum of 85% monthly attendance.
