Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services. Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.

This is a key territory direct sales role in both the Govt. and Private Institution. The sales strategies and activities required to drive the sales target within the division. The ultimate objective is to grow sales and margin in the territory and to increase market share through effective promotion and selling efforts and by aggressively defending achieved market share against competition within the microsurgery business vertical.
Responsible for product sales activities of divisional products, including new product lunches, competitive data gathering, VOC, creation of sales tools and monitoring of business results ( Product mix, volumes, prices, customer profitability).
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales of Microsurgery product portfolio (Neuro, ENT, P&R/ Spine) in the assigned territory.
· Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins with assigned accounts and/ or territory/region on products or services.
· Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
· Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin.
· Drive business with highest integrity and compliance
· Able to handle crucial communication/ discussion and decision making
· Knowledge & rapport of renowned Neuro/ENT/P&R/Spine surgeons within the territory.
Required Skills and Experience
· Degree in a Biology / Engg, or equivalent, is nice to have, of equal value is a strong Sales experience in a relevant industry (B.Pharma/Bio.Tech/MBA/Any Science Graduate)
· Strong communications - sound business acumen
· Proven record of successful selling of similar products.
· Ability to drive business success through demonstrating consistent and impressive sales growth over a period of time.
· At least 5 + years of experience selling within the relevant Market (Surgical Operating Microscope for Microsurgery/ Medical Devices - Neuro South Region
· Strong negotiation skills
· Knowledge of Salesforce / or Equivalent Sales Management Program to drive the business.
· Technical ability to demonstrate microscopy equipment.
· Extensive field visits and travelling within the assigned geography.
· Exposure to Channel Partner management (especially in South Region)
· In addition, excellent demonstration skills within a Theater environment would be a distinct advantage.
Personal Attributes
· Positive, proactive, able to multi-task, well organized with an eye for details.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office and good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint

+ In-depth knowledge of the Delhi/NCR corporate market, client behaviors, and business opportunities.
